We had the pleasure of hiring Rosalind to cook for us on two separate occasions when we hosted dinner parties of about 10 guests.  Rosalind is an amazing chef and absolute professional.  Her food is outstanding, beautifully presented, and perfectly suited for a dinner party setting.  She took care of everything from start to finish, allowing us to simply enjoy our guests.  We can't recommend Rosalind highly enough and look forward to working with her again.
